SIENA FC STRENGTHENS ITS ORGANIZATION WITH AN EYE ON THE FUTURE AND CONTINUITY

As the new season approaches, Siena FC continues to build a sustainable and professional organizational structure. The upcoming changes aim to reinforce the club’s governance for the long term, clarify responsibilities, and ensure continued development across the men’s, women’s, and youth divisions.

Simone Farina has been appointed Academy Director, with a particular focus on player development and the integration of young talent. His mission is to further develop the club’s educational program and ensure that our youth players are given the right conditions to grow – both as athletes and as individuals. In connection with this, we extend our sincere thanks to Roberto Pierangioli for his valuable contributions and wish him all the best in his new role.

Fredrik Dahlin has been appointed Acting Club Manager, with overall responsibility for daily operations and the club’s activities as a whole.

We would also like to thank Andrea Levorato for his work in PR and media. Andrea has chosen to return to his family in Northern Italy and is therefore concluding his role with the club. Best of luck to him! The recruitment process for a new PR and media manager is already underway, as is the search for a new partnership manager.

Simone Guerri continues to lead the men’s first team and plays a key role in building a natural bridge between the youth sector and the senior squad. Luigi Conte remains responsible for the club’s administration, while Jenny Damgaard continues to develop the women’s division and serves as operational head of organizational matters.

“I am truly grateful for all the work done over the past year. Now we look ahead, with a motivated team and a clear direction. Step by step, we are building a stronger Siena – with respect for our history and eyes set firmly on the future.”

 Jonas Bodin, Presidente Siena FC
